Once; unfortunately, I only found one, and I'm pretty sure she ate the rest Not sure how I didn't notice her lay!

I saw three on the top o the cage, took the plant out, put it in a 16 x 16 x 20 and so far 10 emerged, the adults will eat the babies unfortunately

Im glad you saw them! I'd actually been waiting for her to lay a retained clutch, but assumed she skipped a lay cycle. I don't blame her, I know it's normal and she's always a hungry lizard, but I felt absolutely horrible when I found the one baby. I took her plant out and dug through, but only found shells, no more tiny chams
