my second 2x2x4 is coming Wednesday and I want to be ready to start the build asap. I'm watching the video on how to put them together tonight, but I would like some tips on setting up the stuff inside the enclosure. I'm thinking of using the scaffolding method for the branches, does anybody have experience their willing to share on the matter? I also have had trouble with getting plants in the upper part of the enclosure any tips on that aswell? wish I could use dragon ledges but they are a little pricey, my parents are starting to get pissed with me spending a bunch of my money cuz they want me to save for a car n shit😅 so I would buy them if I could. any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I believe this would provide just the perfect amount. 2x2’ for each side plus 4x2 for the back. You will need to measure though and make sure to allow for the space where they will be butting up against each other. I sand the edges where I cut smooth and dull.

You want to have a couple of sturdy branches hung vertically next to each other on the trellis. These will be primary points used to hang other branches and your plants. You want your plant pots to have at least 2-3 support or anchor points. I drill holes on not quite opposite sides of the pot to zip tie to the sturdier branches and then ideally I have another branch below the pot that it is kind of almost sitting on to stabilize it. I don’t really have any decent pics of it. Oh…using the two pot method is always easiest. You attach one pot that you can then slip the pot with the plant inside of.
