Anyone used the bookstore before?

Hello,

I ordered the Chameleons of Madagascar DVD on 15th of July. The tracking status on USPS has been on 'Electronic Shipping Info Received' for 11 days now with no sign of a dispatch.

I sent the store a post through the 'contact us' part of bookstore a couple of days ago, but no reply as yet.

Anyone ordered anything from the forums before?

Scratch that. I've just found out it was delivered to my old address. Strange that USPS didn't update it at any stage.
