Is doing something funny? I bought a plant and aquarium bulb and put a cool white bulb same watts in it to test it out, and the cool white bulb i think is bad because it's so old, but after about a minute they flicker and cut off...and wont start until i unplug both of them and plug them back in...anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
