A brief introduction and expression of gratitude

I'd like to introduce myself and express my appreciation to have found an active community focusing on chameleons!
I have enjoyed keeping reptiles and aquariums for as long as I can remember. My "golden era" for reptiles was the 1980's when many small independent shops in NJ and NYC regularly offered a seemingly endless array of exotics. My best pal then (and still) owned a shop specializing in reptiles in Englewood NJ in the late 1980's and early 90's, and we have fond memories of those days!
I reside in northern NJ where I teach at a large regional public high school with an incredibly diverse population and magnificent campus.
Along with keeping aquariums, I am considering getting back into herpetology after a 20 year hiatus. I also enjoy hunting and fishing, especially hunting with traditional archery equipment (longbows and recurves).
I'm grateful to have found this robust community and look forward to contributing.

I'm in the early stages of preparing to put together a setup for a panther chameleon, and over the past day or so put together a slide show of some links and photos of about a dozen individual panthers of the "ambilobe" morph. I'm stunned by the beauty of them! As I carefully consider my setup I hope to be able to narrow down my ideal specimen and then prepare for a long wait until I can find one that's available.
I hope that I'm not breaking any rules by posting this tribute to the individual specimens that I find most attractive. Please let me know if this is unacceptable. Many of the photos were from Screameleons which I believe is a sponsor here.
Here's a link to the info and photos I put together today:
