6 Month Veiled

I just looked a Luie and Camiles 19 wk. baby pictures. Those guys are HUGE!
They have great coloring and everything.

My 6 month old is about 30 grams and 4-5 inches snout to vent. He doesn't have as much coloring as the 19 week babies, and he is almost two months older.
They seem much bigger and fatter. So I was wondering about his age and sex.
I'm 99.9% positive he is male, he has an evident tarsal spur.
I will post a pic in a minute just to make sure. His age, is what I'm not sure about. I received him the first of March 2010, and he was allegedly 2 months. My profile picture is a current picture of him now. I will get a picture of his tarsal spur right now.

How old does he look to you guys?

First, I've been watch those babies since I joined this forums and they are not the norm, not meaning this to sound in a bad way. Where did you buy your veiled? At shows and even some breeders will try to past them off as older than what they are just to move them.

I know they're not the norm, they're huge.

Each chameleon grows at it's own rate and your guy looks just fine. He has his bars and starting to get his color. He might be 5 to 6 months old. Look at these 5 months olds I found in the classifieds. https://www.chameleonforums.com/blue-blue-veileds-fm-julirs-bertha-phenomenal-botero-44144/

My veiled was a really slow grower. At the moment he is 12 inches, and hes a year old. But of course i think jannb's babies are on steroids. nah im joking

the last photo of the 18 week old veiled look alot like the one that was a Petsmart. (no longer there): he seems pretty big.
