Had to share this awesome awesome work by forum member Olimpia. Here is her rendering of "Ziggy"/Nosy Falys. It blows my mind to see how talented she is as an artist, and both my wife and I were amazed when she sent us this picture. I highly recommend checking out her work, or buying a print...
Just watched this movie last night and wanted to post about it to fellow animal enthusiasts. It's based on the true story of a group of people stranded at sea and being stalked by a HUGE shark. The movie is a couple years old, and I originally avoided it because I thought it was going to be...
Hey all. I'm looking to see if anyone has any male or female Mitsios out there for trade of a full grown Raiden sired Faly imported from Cham Nation. I have a few males and would let this one go for Nice Mitsio. Looking for males or females, just depends on the lineage and proof that the...
I'm really  right now.
I talked to Marty from Mistking, and he told me I could hook an RO system up to my mistking from my washing machine.
I've seen the RO systems, watched videos on youtube, but am still unsure how you would tie the mistking to it.
Right now I'm buying...
Ok, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I bought two mistking pumps. I plugged each one in directly to the wall to prime them, and nothing happened.
Then I plugged them into the timer set to "On" and still nothing happened. It can't be possible that both pumps are broken. I must be doing...
Ok, this is probably the stupidest question ever, but I can't seem to pull the hosing out after putting it into the mistking or a misting nozzle. Is there a trick to taking the hosing out?? I'm pulling very hard, but am afraid I'm going to break something. Thanks all!!
Hey all, thanks so much for the messages on the misting systems. I just got a mistking in the mail. I had to go with two pumps to run all our cages.
My question is that Marty once told me on the phone that I could hook up an RO system to my washer and then to the mistking. Does anyone know...
Hey guys,
I'm looking for a Mistking set up for 23 cages. Thing is, I need it by the 16th of this month. If anyone can help me on this, please message me asap. I've been trying to contact mistking direct, but I think Marty is in Calgary, and haven't had much luck getting ahold of him. I...
So, I just started to convert my garage to the cham room. It will have 10-15 outlets, a generator hook up and generator, mist king set up, window heating and air unit, and humidifier. I am so pumped about it, but man it is killer work.
Well, it looks like I have a prolapse situation I need help on. Kermit was mating when I think the female moved away and pulled his entire breeding organ/hemipenis out. I've been putting KY jelly on it, but need some advice. Can or should I try to push it back in?? :( Thanks all.
So, I bought a handful of females, but this one does not look like the others. I think there was a mess up and I'm guessing it's a male but wanted to get some opinions. He/She is slightly larger and throwing some light greens which the others aren't. Thanks all!!
Hey all,
I just shipped my first chams the other day. Everything went great through UPS. I just had a question about shipping. I charged a flat rate of $50, but then when I got to UPS it ended up costing me almost $90. This was just over nighting to Texas, and the package was not very...
I've got a GT3 line Mitsio female imported from Cham Nation. She's full grown and huge, and comes from a great line of Mitsios. I'm looking to trade Mitsio female for Mitsio female of a different bloodline. If anyone's interested, please hit me up. Thanks.
Kevin
Exactly one year ago to this day, EXACTLY, I got my Fish and Wildlife license to import chams from Chameleon Nation. The shipment was originally supposed to happen about 6 months ago or so. Fish and Wildlife turned the shipment down due to one tiny deal on the CITES and Declaration paperwork...
So, it's been awhile since I've posted...just busy and a little discouraged after I found that my incubator had a 10 degree spike for almost a month. Well, after 8.5 months, I checked the incubator today and two baby Falys have emerged. One is already doing great and in a container, but the...
These guys are such a stunners. Couldn't be happier. They should be close to a year now, but that's a rough guess. I love love love the colors they throws.
I've scoured both the forum and the interwebs about this subject without finding out too much about the subject. There is way more info about candling veiled eggs than anything out there about panthers.
Normally I wouldn't consider doing this at all, but after realizing that the internal...
