What are you feeding him and how much? he could be sick of the same bug(ie cricket, mealworms ect) or it could be something else but i dont know enuff to realy help you, outhers will ask cadge type, lighting (uv, basking) temps, humdity, stress all of those could affect the lil guy...

also the silicone layer keeps alot of water from getting into the great stuff, also the black silicone usaly looks alot better if u missed a small spot (blends in) cause the great stuff is a ugly yellow

well i used 'GE ultra silicone 2' i think it was(laying around) and i let it dry for a realy long time first, id also sudguest makein sure the hole for the tube is smaller then the tube it self so its tight( its silicone tubeing so it can flex) try to run water before sealing it, you shouldnt...
