Do they sell pegboard in ireland? You should use pegboard for the sides at least, that will provide airflow. Maybe place a small fan pointing at the enclosure too.

Leave the light on the outside of the enclosure, not inside. You need more ventilation, your cham won't last long in the one you are planning to build, it needs at least 2 sides of screen. You need to figure out something for drainage, at least place a tub to catch the water from a dripper.

I thought this would work too, I even had a small fan blowing air into the enclosure 24/7 and that was not enough to prevent respitory problems, plus the glass makes it harder to keep him healthy, my 2 month old cham passes after only a month.

I was wondering if after so many months if its a good idea to change around the enclosure? Would this give the cham the feeling of a new enclosure or just stress him out? I was thinking of possibly moving the basking spot to the other side of the enclosure in the winter or something and like...

What is verathane? A brand or a type of paint or what? I want a black frame or dark green, so should I paint then use verathane or what?
