Solid Wood Back or Screen?

If you're looking for cheap plastic for the back or sides, use Core Ply, its a corrugated plastic sheeting used by sign shops. Your local plastic supplier should be able to get it for you. Its light weight, you can cut it with an exacto knife. It doesn't provide much structural strength, but it gets the job done.

Thanks that is more along the lines of what I was thinking for the back. I am making the frame out of wood so it wont be neccesary structurally but more as splash/spray guard.

As for the flooring I plan on going with something much sturdier like the PVC sheet. I would like to make a couple so that I have back ups.

I am redesigning my plans now. I will post my new drawing tomorrow sometime.
