Is anyone breeding quads/graciliors, montium, Kenyan line Jackson’s or any other trioceros these days?

Good to hear from you! I’d bet you can find Kenyan Xanths. Seems like the montiums are mostly gone and the quads are on their way out, but hopefully you can find quads (let me know if you do 🙂) I just picked up a pair of F. willsii. They are tiny and awesome. I suspect @javadi could guide...

Is CB Reptile a good site?

Hello! CB reptile does not have a good reputation for their chamelons. Check out the latest thread on panthers! (3 month old YBBB Ambilobes)

    Advice needed with shipping problems.

Just another reason not to buy from that company. And I didn't even know UPS delivered live animals. You would get your money back from the underground reptiles, the shipper isn't usually responsible.

    Advice needed with shipping problems.

Underground reptiles only uses UPS I paid 20 more to have Saturday delivery. And yes I know I fucked up, but I’ve never had a problem ordering from underground and UPS I bought a CB Jackson

    Female or male?

I found that out after the fact. But I checked out there website. All sounded legit an professional. Chance of even shipping her back currently. Is slim to none. They gave me a problem I was trying to avoid. But at this point. With this experience. I feel bad for any reptile in a tank or a box...

Is anyone breeding quads/graciliors, montium, Kenyan line Jackson’s or any other trioceros these days?

Thank you, good to see you still here. Thanks for the info, that’s a shame about the quads and montium(were there ever cb montium in the past few years?). Super cool species. Really can’t go wrong with any Cham lol. Ahhh who knows, I miss the forum, I was working close to or up to 80 hours a...

Is CB Reptile a good site?

And the cheapest? I’m trying to buy an ambilobe panther chameleon and atm it’ll cost me 300 altogether from them for a hatchling and random gender. Before I buy though, I want to know if they’re a reputable site and/or if they’re the cheapest our there. Thank you! :)

    Cage size?

I don’t think that’s true Jackson’s are smaller but they are quite restless at least mine is and the minimum is still 2’2’4’ I haven’t experienced them during mating season but from what I hear the males especially will crawl all over and no cage is big enough for them when they are looking for...

This is one of the places I most commonly hear about people getting sick or injured chameleons. Good luck.

    Breeders in California?

STAY AWAY FROM CB REPTILE! I bought from them.1st one died, 2nd one is my current one, which i was forced to get in order to not lose my money. I was fortunate enough to get a male and pretty decent coloring. Others dont get so lucky. Not to mention, you cannot see the chameleon you buy.

    What enclosure to buy

CB Reptiles as a poor reputation for selling animals but I have not heard anything about issues with products. Then it's just a matter of wanting to support a business that sells sick animals -- but like I said $77 is a steal -- you won't find anything cheaper.

    Breeders in California?

...in the Bay Area in California and am looking to get my first Panther chameleon in the next year or so. So far I have heard of Chameleon Paradise and CB Reptiles. I was wondering, has anyone had any experience with any of these breeders? Also, what breeders do you recommend in California? Thanks!

Where to buy a chameleon online?

I have no idea for veileds, but I wouldn’t recommend Underground Reptiles, Backwater Reptiles, LLL Reptile, FL Chams, CB Reptile, or any other flippers/wild-caught/irresponsibly bred chameleon breeders or breeders that produce unhealthy chameleons! Once you find a breeder you like, post them on...

Furcifer Pardalis (phanter chameleon) breeder in Tokyo 23 wards area.

Hi Klyde, appreciate you browsed the web to find reference. I ran across the youtube vid you shared then checked Facebook to find local community. No luck so far. Reptile cafe may be a good start to ask around where is the reputable breeders. In the end I may have to start from local pet store...

Furcifer Pardalis (phanter chameleon) breeder in Tokyo 23 wards area.

ICBW, but this all suggests to me that they deal in WC rather than CB animals. Not a judgment—in some places, I can understand how one has to begin with what is available. IDK if this will be of any help; my experiences at reptile shows have been quite different. (They've had chameleons) So...

Is CB Reptile a good site?

...requirements pertaining to temps and even humidity levels. I think you would be better off reading up and seeing what your easily able to provide. https://chameleonacademy.com/ Yeah CB reptiles has them cheaper. And you get what you pay for. So if you have money for a Vet then go with them.

All I can say is that they did not pass my vetting criteria. YMMV. Suggest you peruse the archives and underground reptiles reviews carefully. Some that particularly raised some concern for me were...

    crap crap crap

Sadly, it wasn’t that. There was something (or more) seriously wrong with him inside, especially with him being from CB Reptile and having improper husbandry
