ive got my panther in a wood and glass viv at the moment but i want to mesh the top but i`m not sure what to use, metal, aluminium or plastic coated wire.
i did buy a 4 foot flexarium but they look too flimsy so i will keep that for the summer so my chams can go outside for a bit of sun...
ok i get your point, but, it wont need extra heat if its not eating anything in the first place thats why i said try turning it down and try from another angle
i would call a 5-6 month old a juvenille its certainly not an adult, in a earlier post the op said its moving around the viv normally, you say turn the heat up i say turn it down.
a lot of good advice but i have just noticed you said he has only eaten waxworms and that could be your problem, if chams get a taste for a certain feeder they will only eat that until they get fed up with it (mine did) not waxworms though, i would starve it of feeders for a few days but put a...
your husbandry seems fine to me and its a he for definate, the only thing i would pick up on would be the basking spot 90* seems a little high but that wouldnt put him off his food, have you tried cup feeding or do you free range.
have you tried dubia roaches and do you feed him fruit and veg
first of all i dont want to slag anybody off ....but

the uv needs to be on the same time as the heab bulb around 12 hours and then turned off at night, put it on a timer, take the bark chips out straight away and put newspaper on the bottom and take out the waterfall.
give it more crickets maybe 10-15 small ones in a cup or bowl if its only eating...
take the background out and the substrate go to b@q tomorrow and get a umbrella plant (put it in the shower and soak it) before putting it in the viv, what uv are you using ?
you need to feed it more than 2 crickets a day, you need calcium with d3 and calcium without d3 and nutrabol and listen...
a wooden viv will be fine in our country but i would start with the one you will be keeping it in as an adult as they dont like change, live plants will help with the humidity, weeping fig, umbrella plant, hisbiscus and schefflera are all fine and can be found at b@q or home base.
the only...
it normally gets dark in the uk at around 4pm mid winter and we dont see light until 8am, i will probably leave my lights 7am until 7pm and change the settings
i agree with you if its in an album on their profile page its not private or personel (judging by someones posts this morning they seem to be in a bad mood) guess who
i could only get reptile sand they had no play sand, ive put it in now and put newspaper on the front of the viv.
