Is it ok to feed my chams wild caught moth's and if so witch one's are ok and witch one's should i stay away from... also other than crickets what are some good food choice's i can give them...

it can be tricky with wild caught insects. some don't care, while others would not dare feed a wild insect. you never know what they've been eating and could be toxic. A senior member should chime in soon with a great deal of knowledge on the issue. Dubia roaches are a great feeder.

Yes, moths are fine. Stay away from butterflies (there are a few that are okay, but not most).
My opinion regarding use of wild-caught bugs: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/213-use-wild-caught-insects.html

Other than crickets, other good choices include:
butterworms, silkworms, dubia roaches, turk roaches, superworms, indian walking sticks, captive bred hornworms, captive bred terrestrial isopods,...
A list of commonly used feeder bugs: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/74-feeders.html

you can feed wild caught insects as long as you know the risks. wc insects can potentially transfer parasites to your cham. also make sure they come from a pesticide area. I personally feed my veiled wc moths and grasshoppers and have never had an issue. also make sure you identify the insect before to make sure they are not toxic (ladybugs, monarch butterflys are along with many more) Other good feeders that can usually be purchased or ordered online are silkworms(nutritious), hornworms (juicy), dubia roaches (mmmm roaches, easily gutloadable) walking sticks, butterworms (high in calcium, good treat), wax worms (high fat, good treat), superworms (easily gutloadable). im sure i missed some but theres a starter list anyways.
