you can feed wild caught insects as long as you know the risks. wc insects can potentially transfer parasites to your cham. also make sure they come from a pesticide area. I personally feed my veiled wc moths and grasshoppers and have never had an issue. also make sure you identify the insect before to make sure they are not toxic (ladybugs, monarch butterflys are along with many more) Other good feeders that can usually be purchased or ordered online are silkworms(nutritious), hornworms (juicy), dubia roaches (mmmm roaches, easily gutloadable) walking sticks, butterworms (high in calcium, good treat), wax worms (high fat, good treat), superworms (easily gutloadable). im sure i missed some but theres a starter list anyways.
