Heres some pictures of my new jacksons chameleon MOOSE. Ive had him for about a week now , and when I brought him home...realized he actually turns crazy striped colors like an army green and forest green and at night he gets lime green ...hes been stressed out so far but Im hoping his greens...

does anyone live in the ventura county area who breeds silkworms/hornworms or know of a place in the area who sells them? Im trying to stay away from having them shipped to my house I would rather give a local breeder or shop the business if I can.

I found a big grasshopper in my backyard and thought it would be a tasty snack for my new jacksons chameleon. Is it ok to feed to him ? And it's pretty big does size matter ?

What should I be giving my jacksons on his crickets ? I plan on using plenty of feeders but until my other worms and such come what do I put on the crickets how many per week? I have calcium without d3 and herptivite but how frequently ? I've seen some say a few times a week and some say only...

ya i do agree getting one from a breeder would be a better choice but at this point i feel so bad for both of them, I just want to rescue one of them Ill take the hit of not having as healthy of an animal but yeah the one sitting in the bark is in worse shape the one in the middle pictures jsut...

wow thank you all for the great feedback that really helps. ya i noticed the one from petco just came in has a better chance of living since he was just shipped but my only consern was to maybe help out the one at petsmart in bad shape .... not sure what to do he does have a great personality...
