What are the dimensions of the terrarium?
I agree that the fountain should probably come out. I would also suggest that you remove the red night light. Those have been known to damage chameleons' eyesight and keep them awake. Unless the temperature in your house dips below the 60s, you...
My chameleon (hopefully chameleonS in the future) is, I expect, the closest thing I will ever have to a son. I love him and talk about him every chance I get. No chameleon or other animal is replaceable to me. While there are some general behaviors to expect from any given species, each...
Maybe they could be one of these?

If so, I would guess either the flour or mold mite. Especially the mold mite sounds like a possibility since they'd be attracted to the fruits and vegetables the crickets would be eating. If it were me, I would try...
To me it sounds like she is responding more to how light or dark it is outside than to the time at which her lights turn on or off, which is normal. :) Just be glad it doesn't seem to be something to worry about.
I personally watched to see around what time my veiled wakes up and set the...
I agree that those don't look like burns. I think they're bruises. It is a little odd that they would go away and come back though...
Maybe he's rubbing up against something when he sleeps or during his usual exploration time. I've heard of them getting bruises from rubbing against the...
You do not need any heat source at night unless your house gets to under 60 degrees F, and you don't want anything that puts off light. Especially the red lights not only keep them awake, but have been known to hurt their eyes, possibly even blinding them.
You can go without substrate if you...
I actually really really do not like dolls because my aunt also had a room like that, just full of them. So creepy.
Your cham is adorable though. :p Will look forward to the motorcycle pics.
I'd like to offer to help if you wouldn't mind bringing them over to my apartment on the way to MI, but I've never kept a panther, only a veiled so I would feel a little worried...:o
My cham had a similar problem recently, though not all the way around the eyes. It appears that in mine's case he either got into something and ended up with the insides of the eye turrets irritated, had an improper amount of vitamin A, or he was allergic to a new plant I had just added. I...
This looks exactly like what was happening to my veiled a few weeks ago. I took him to the vet and by the time I got there the swelling was down. The vet did not find any signs of infection, poor health, or parasites (I had a fecal test done).
I got some good advice from forum members at the...
On a cage that size, I think even a 40w house bulb may be enough. Are you using an analog or digital thermometer/hygrometer? The digital ones are generally suggested because the analogs can get damaged by humidity and become inaccurate.
Edit: Good for you, going to see a vet! It can really...
Ah, sorry then. A 100w bulb also sounds too powerful for me, now that I look back, but only you know the temps of your cham's cage.
As far as when to turn the lights on and off, a chameleon is naturally a diurnal animal. When I was still struggling to get a timer to work for my cham's...
The popping noise can be a sign of a URI (upper respiratory infection), which commonly happens due to humidity staying too high for too long. I would take him for a visit to a vet experienced with chameleons just to be safe.
Try seeing if you can find one here...
I'm looking forward to it. The fact is it's hard to know how to explain it until we're actually able to log in and look around.
I'm pretty entertained by the you're-in-but-not-really(yet) email everyone is getting.
I got in this morning, with the Day 6 clue. I got up early to write a paper, thought "what the heck", went to Pottermore, and there it was! :)
I wanted a beta account, but kept missing the times because of work, homework, or passing out. I'm pretty excited.
