Looks almost like sunken eyes which are caused by dehydration. Are you making sure that she is getting sufficient water through misting several times a day?

Yes but she is not drinking that much I will try to make sure she is drinking enough. Please do you think it is stll possible for her to be ok?

It never hurts to up the misting/drinking. How do her urates look? (that's the white part of the poop, is it white or is it yellow?)

That doesn't look like sunken eyes to me. It looks more like an inflammation of some sort, as though the are surrounding the eye is swollen.

Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in here. In the meantime, you might want to make sure you know of a vet in your area with chameleon experience, just in case you end up taking her in.

Okay, here are a couple of threads you might want to look at:

her poop is like half white and half yellow. She eats properly, and she had operation during the Christmas time they took her eggs. Because they were stuck inside her. But the operation was without any problems.

She is dehydrated for sure if half of the urate is yellow. That might not be the entire problem though. I am going to defer to the seniors for the eye commentary.

My cham had a similar problem recently, though not all the way around the eyes. It appears that in mine's case he either got into something and ended up with the insides of the eye turrets irritated, had an improper amount of vitamin A, or he was allergic to a new plant I had just added. I removed the plant, increased misting in case something was stuck in his eyes, and added almonds and paprika to his feeders' gutload. The problem went away almost as quickly as it showed itself.

I did take him to a vet at the same time that I asked for advice here. I would suggest doing the same. Though in my case the vet found no issues, this could easily be something completely different. Take her in for a checkup with the vet, and maybe you'll be told not to worry. If not, you'll at least hopefully be given some possible solutions. Good luck :(

Looks like it could be an eye infection. Get her to a vet so he or she can check I out. Do you catch your chameleon with that one eye closed or cleaning it a lot?

It is on her both eyes. It is maybe possible that it can be from her new flower ( rubber plant) I am not sure. But definitelly it is on her both eyes and it looks same on both of them

Blackyna, it is definitely possible that it's a reaction to the plant. You might want to switch it out with something known to be benign. I'm a huge fan of Pothos plants...very viney so good for climbing, edible and easy to care for (put them in the cage, ignore).

I really think you need to:
a) make an appointment with a vet,
b) get some sterile saline solution. I would go to the pharmacy counter and tell them you need sterile saline solution with no other ingredients. They can help you find it and know it's the right thing and
c) rinse those eyes out a bit...if there's something under the lids that's causing the problem, that might help flush it out, if it's the result of ingesting something odd, it will probably provide a bit of relief to have it cooled down by the saline solution.

chameleoman, I agree, the picture doesn't look like dehydration at all, but the description of the poop suggests the animal might be a tad dehydrated. Upping the misting is not dangerous and can be very helpful, so I don't think it's amiss as a recommendation.

Thank you guys for all your suggestions Elizadolots please can you tell me the name of the saline solution please? I am not from the US, but I can search that on internet and tell them ingredients so I can get some similar solution over here. Thanks a lot. And yes I will go to vet with her .

Do you have a place with a pharmacist? I'm suggesting you talk to that person in order to get the right thing. There are lots of things that people use for their eyes that have additives.

What you want is something that is water and salt (in a 5-9% solution as long as it's over 5 it will be okay, 9 is pretty much the maximum, it's used for sterilizing wounds. Try for something around 7% if you have the option.)

There will be other ingredients, but you want the solution with the LEAST number of other ingredients.

If you tell us where you are, it's possible that there are members in your area who could point you to the correct product.

Wow! You are doing better here than some native English speakers....

I don't know whether the board has other members from the Czech Republic, but hopefully, if there are, they will chime in.

Thanks :) You know what I am going to do? I am going to tell the pharmacist about it, so I hope he/she can get me some solution.

Supplement

Get pills of vitamin A, extract with a syringe then use a baby dropper in their mouth. Only do about 2 drops into the mouth. My chameleons have had this problem before and vitamin a fixed it.

Thanks I will do that all, we have got an appointment with the vet on thursday.Just to be really sure, he is really very good, he understands the reptiles problematic
