I use a heat gun to measure his basking temp. Right now I have a cheap humidity gauge from PetSmart, but I don't think it's accurate. Yeah, superworms were always his favorite and now he wont even look at them. I'm going to try putting his 75w back in and just see if he starts gaping again...
