If he were mine, I'd make a visit to a reptile vet as soon as possible. Our 8-month old male veiled stopped eating and pooping (right after a shed, too) and it turned out he was constipated. Long story short, it was a combo of too much supplement with D3, the wrong light and mild dehydration...
