ya i changed his plant also, but i have been giving him superworms and hornworms.
Should I just not offer him anything but crickets until he starts to eat them again?
2 weeks ago I moved my 1 year old panther cham from a free rang into a cage and ever since then he will not eat his crickets, I tried for 4 days i kept putting crickets in and out but he would only eat like 1 then go bask or hide under the tree.
What should I do? Just not feed him anything...
Very cool! I was surprised when he shot one out of my hand and even more surprised when he went for seconds. I'm going to try some kale and collard greens next.
I fed him slices of sweet potatoes and he seemed to like them, he ate them out of my hand 3 times. Its ok to do this with a panther right? Anyone else's panther eat veggies?
My panther didn't like silkworms when he was around 3-4 months old, now hes around 10 months. Do there tastebuds change lol? I really want to incorporate silkworms into his diet, I'm thinking of ordering some for him to try again. What do you guys think?
I upgraded from an 18 inch to a 24 inch 5.0 uvb for my FR 2 days ago and my panther cham now wont go to the top of the branches were his basking spot is. He just hinds under the foliage. The temps are normal anyone have an idea to why he is doing this?
My panther cham shed 7 days ago but he still has dead skin on his eyelids. The humidity in the room is 50-60 percent and when I mist its gets up to 80.
Is this normal? It hasn't happened before.
I have to have my uvb tube up high so my cham cant grab onto it, how many inches away from the free range would the 10.0 have to be for it to be safe and effective? Or should I just continue using 5.0 and move it up past 10 inches from the free range?
My Cham ate a dead cricket that has been at the bottom of my cricket trap for about 2 days (I usally clean it every 3 days). Will he be ok? I fed him a hornworm right after so it would clean out his mouth and stomach.
