Shayna is really doing well this week. I've had to pry her foot loose a few times, but she's moving very well indeed, and the past few days has needed no rescuing from the bottom.
Yesterday she really enjoyed her misting, which is rare. Usually she tries to find a dry spot to watch me with some distrust, but she was on her basking branch, happily slurping at the mist, and arching up. It was enough to warm my heart.
The only down side to having a reasonably healthy cham is that I don't get to handle her at all. I've never been able to get her to step on my hand, and haven't a clue as to how to get her into a shower without traumatizing the poor thing.
Now my fears are of egg binding. She'd better give me plenty of warning! I have a bucket and sand, but don't know if she'll show colors, or lumpiness.
