yellow scab

high just another quick one form me....(rare chance to get on computer)
my yemen male has had a black ish area which looks like poor shedding.. its now gone smooth and yellowy

will try and get a pic at some point....
its below his neck..
he seems to shed badly from his head and face... it never quite comes off properly..
any thoughts ... sorry its brief....

Without a pic it's very hard to tell anything, but a black area that has changed color and texture could be a developing abscess/infection. You need to take him to a vet so the area can be sampled for a sensitivity culture, the infectious area cleaned, and the correct antibiotic prescribed.
