Thanks to the help from members, I finally have a Bazillion little brown banded crick nymphs!! 
And the eggs just keep hatching more of them every day!
I covered the laying container (a Tupperware sandwich container w/ an inch or so of EcoEarth) with screen so the females can lay the eggs, but they cant eat them.
Then I put the laying bin (sans the screen) in a larger container, and put it in my incubator at 80F.
After a few weeks, lots of babies running around.
Then, I used a soft paint brush to remove the top 1/8'' of soil, which exposed clusters of little white eggs.
Now, I have to keep them fed and watered w/o drowning them (one drop of water will drown several pins!!).
The screen covering was the key part I missed my first attempts
