Would you be pissed?

So today i spoke with the person i bought Trice from and he told me if he dies he will refund my money and to send a pic to so he can refund me it kinda upset me. I do understand that he didn't raise him and he only had him for 12 hours. but I am pissed at the guy who had him an the first place he should have notice. should have told me. I will do what ever i have to do to make him better. People shouldn't have reptiles if they cant take care of them.

I feel ya, that's the majority reason of why people end up here in the first place is because they were sold an animal they had no clue how to take care of and alot of the times it's not the customers fault. Yes they should have done much deeper researching before purchase, but most people think the employees of big chain stores and some small stores even know what they're talking about. Sadly the majority have no clue what they're doing, it's just a paycheck with no regards for the living creatures in their care. And will say whatever they have to in order to make sales and impress they're boss. But that's a big part of why this forum exists is for people who need help can get it and get much needed support!!

yes. i would. people seriously do not understand that any animal that is kept in your care, depends on you for your proper care. and their lives are in your hands. people treat animals as if theyre.. for say produce. if its bad big deal throw it away. no. these are little animals lives!! THATS what grinds my gears.

Haha and yeah i know. Especially at the pet stores.. like petco and petsmart.. i. cant even look at the reptiles at those stores. i walk right past them to the supplies. it breaks my heart to see some of the animals' conditions and then i feel horrible for like ever after. but... i dont think a person like me can stop all that from happening

I thought I'd offer that for a bit of perspective.

I think he should have offered to pay at least some of the medical expenses but there are people who wouldn't even offer a refund.

Yeah I can't argue that, at least he did that. Most would have said tough its your problem now
