WORMS IN CLUTCH

I have 4 panther chameleon eggs that are due to hatch around October 6th. Upon our checking today we found that one of the eggs was dead so we pulled it out and saw clear little nematode like worms had likely killed it. I don't know though, The eggs are in a small container, settled in moist sand, and the humidity and temp is pretty stable (besides the natural change from daytime to nighttime.) I am concerned about my other babies. I tried to pick as many of the little worms out as possible, but I really am scared they are a threat to my other eggs, if they haven't infiltrated them already. Do I quarantine the others? If so, how do I safely remove them without drowning them? Please help!
