The newly refurbished London Aquarium competes nicely with that and it has real sea turtles in it (can't say I noticed any from that clip). The London one also has sharks, the Hammer-head ones being my favourite!

The one in Atlanta is the largest and as of a yr ago also had 3 whale sharks. They both are amazing. I've seen specials on transporting these big animals to both aquariums. It's one hell of an undertaking.

The Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta currently has 4 whale sharks and they are in the process of building a dolphin area. Kind of sad that we had to lose the seals to get the dolphins but I guess it is a matter of preference. If you go to their website, you can see their webcams but where their camera is placed, you don't get to see the whale sharks too often because they seem to stay closer to the top.
