Will my Veiled eat the gnats?

My Pothos seems to be attracting gnats in the cage.
Will my Veiled eat them / is it healthy or harmful for them to eat?

In my experience veileds like bigger the better food. My veileds will always choose the biggest crickets and will leave the little crickets. I would take your cham out of the cage and put it someplace else for awhile and take everything out of the cage outside, wash the plants and the roots off well and then put fresh sterile soil in the washed pot and replant your bare rooted plants. When you get an infestation of gnats there isn't any other way to get rid of them. Be sure to take the hose to your cage and any fake plants in the cage also. "Spring Housekeeping" is always good anyways a couple times a year to get rid of all the feces and urates that is stuck to things in the cage. If you don't do this you will be plagued with gnats forever! That is one reason to wash your plants and the roots free of the dirt when you purchase them before you bring them into the house when you buy them. Saves you the trouble later. Can you tell it has happened to me? LOL
