Its 2 baby cham inside that egg shell,The only thing different is one baby is smaller than the other ,almost half size.
 
I've never seen anything like this with chams. I've been following since May.
I kind thought the baby will be 2heads or joining body,but this morning,the smaller size one came out first then 3hours later the other emerge also...
U must be the paparazzi since May then:rolleyes:
 
I've seen this several times. If the eggs are separate enough the babies hatch at their own timing. If the eggs are conjoined internally they don't usually hatch and if they do the neonates don't live long.
 
Thanks for posting the update! That's pretty cool. I have no interest in breeding, but its fun to watch all the things that can happen.
 
I've seen this a few times in panther eggs...but never in any other chameleon species.
Sometimes if one egg pips into the other one you will lose the baby...assuming it drowns.
