Why is he stressed all the time?

I just moved to a new city with my 3.5 month old Nosy Be male, and we went from being upstairs into a basement room. It is a heck of a lot colder down there, but I have a space heater in my room as well as an extra heat lamp on his cage. His temperatures are around the same as the old house (maybe 5 degrees difference, they used to be at 85 all day, as of right now its reading 80.1) 65-70 degrees at night and hes being misted 2 or 3 times a day. His humidity is always at least 50 percent. We've been here a week and hes just been very stressed no matter what i try to do for him. He was eating and drinking just fine up until today, I could only get him to eat a small butterworm. He has taken no interest i his crickets. Is he sick of always having crickets? Still adjusting? Is he still too cold? I'm a little worried that he hasn't eaten today, he normally eats like a little pig! Suggestions?

80 degrees is just too cold in my opinion. His basking area should be atleast 90 degrees. What are you using for a basking light? What wattage?

I'm just using a regular household 60 watt bulb. Two of them right now. I was thinking of buying one of those ceramic heat bulbs, but they're quite expensive and there seems to be mixed reviews on how well they warm up the cage.

try one 100 watt and see if you can up that basking temp. you say you are using two? two in the same area or in different parts of the cage?

One is in the top right of the cage ad the other is in the bottom right....he also loves to hang from the top of his cage, I have to lights propped up a few inches but will the heat from it be too much when hes hanging from the roof? Or will he be okay?

well it will get hot and yes he can get burned. They seem to move away pretty quickly though once they feel the screen being hot but sometimes it is too late. I am not 100% positive that your chameleon is dark because he is cold. 80 is a low basking temp for a panther though. He maybe completely stressed from the move also. I would get the 100 watt and raise it up slightly off the screen and see what kind of basking temp you get. Does he bask alot like he is trying to get warm?

Well his favourite spot is at the top in one corner of the cage, but its not directly under the lamp. You said you're not positive he's dark because he's cold? What else do you think it could be? Just stress?

I was having a hard time when I got him, some people were saying that 80 is good for a panther baby and some were saying 90 is best, but at my old place it was always 85, so it was a happy medium :)
