It looks like burns marks for sure, I would check your basking temps. to be below 95 and at least 6 inches from where she sits, also make sure she’s not in a position where she can easily climb near the light directly and hurt herself.

I agree they look like burns i have a male panther chameleon who has black spots but they always go way mine do not look like yours

My veiled has a couple of very small burns that have permanently changed his pigment to black but it hasn’t caused any real issues however your female seems to have pretty big spots of burns. I would ask someone with more expertise but I personally think she should be okay. If you go to a vet they may be able to give her an ointment of some sort.

now im getting worried about my chameleons basking temp. its 75 watts and hes 8 months to a year old, he has a branch directly under it and a pothos plant right next to it. He will be fine right? i just wanna make sure XD

Knowing the exact temps and how far away things are is crucial! Do you have anything to measure the temps right now?
In the meantime, absolutely raise the heat bulb and fixture off of the screen. You said male for that cage picture and female in the beginning of the thread and first picture. Do you have 2+ chams or are you referring to the same one?

You need at least one digital thermometer with probe ASAP! Getting a digital infrared temp gun and/or more thermometers doesn’t hurt either (is actually recommended). Have you made an appointment with an experienced chameleon vet to treat his burns yet? Could you fill out this form, please? The more details, the better! Also include a pic top down of the lights above his cage.
