It doesnt seem like anything that cant be fixed its probably just the halogen bulbs they make the chameleons pupil contract. They do have a bright glow to them so it can cause problems. I think you should change them out and use normal 75w house bulbs. I am only a beginner to chameleons so other peoples advice will be better.

Thats perfect but mabye higher wattage as the cage isnt warm enough
