When to buy bugs

So I’m going to get my panther chameleon in about two weeks! After setting up the enclosure and getting everything ready for her the only thing left is the bugs to get. When should I order them? I don’t want to get them too early and I don’t want to get them too late. But I definitely want to get them set up the proper way as well.

Hi. Many places have overnight or 2 day shipping to guarantee live arrival of feeders. Just to make sure you have what your chameleon will need, I’d order so they are guaranteed to arrive at least a few days before getting your cham.

I love this place the bugs are always great and they drive faster than I can say chameleon as for when to order I would order two days before your chameleon gets there and the should be there a day before or same day ur Cham gets there but u want to gutload 24 hours before you feed the bugs.

you can just throw fresh veggies to keep them alive
I ordered 500 small and haven't really lost many, but I feed them every other day, and I Gutload with bug burger the batch I am going to feed the night before.
