What's yours method of gutloading crickets?

Im jsut starting to set up my feeder colonies this week, but I plan on feeding mine cricket crack, oranges and some kale with the fluckers water stuff at all times and not bother seperating some out. Ill pay for extra crack to cut back on the extra work, not so much being lazy, well yes i am, but whatever. All ill have to buy is the cricket crack, i have an orange tree in my backyard that i dont have to worry about pestacides or anything with and my dad buy a bunch of kale for his Iguanas/Tortioses so im sure if i steal a leaf or too he wont care :D

I just throw them in their cricket keeper and then give them baby carrots, baby greens, and banana peels. They get gross fast though so I toss them out and put fresh ones in every day. I think I will give the cricket crack a try. :D

I sprinkle dry cricket food (Flukers, but crack looks really good) all over, and at one end of the tub collard green or kale, romaine, any healthy green I can get besides spinach or brocoli. Maybe one or two water crystals but mainly orange slices as hydration.
