Whats up with Supps

Ive been using Miner-all o for the past few months as my main duster. And of course i use Rep Cal herptivite and D3 also. Im just wondering what is in the Miner-all o? Is it mainly Calcium? Should i be using Rep Cal Calcium, does the Miner-all o cut it? What do you guys use?

I personally use all 3 rep-cal supplements. The calcium with D3, calcium without D3, and the herptivite. Ive heard those are the best and have always used them....

I also use Minerall I with the Rep-Cal products.

i use all 3 repcal and mineral O.

The mineralO I use once a month. Heptivite once a month. Cal with D3 once or twice a month . And Cal without D3 3 times a week.

when i first got my whole setup, I got the cage and supplements from chameleonsonly.com and they sent the rep cal multi vit, and the D3. and then miner-all o also. Ive had it in my head from day one that the mineral o was my calcium supp, since it says "no D3". Luckly i got to doing more research, and thats what made me post this. My cham is doing great even though i think ive been giving him way to much miner-all.
