What's the dif between stressed pacing and just walking around?

Hi There,
Just getting acquainted with cham behavior. MaleVeiled 7-8 weeks old.
I've read a few comments here and elsewhere saying that "pacing" is a stress sign.
The little man seems relaxed so far, colour bright, lots of eye movement, generally chill. He's been home for a couple days and we're not bugging him/handling him/freaking him out.

I've seen him crawling around on his ceiling a couple times today. Is he just being a baby, walking around a bit, exploring... or is he stressed and pacing?
What does pacing look like?
