Yup their business model isn't for living creatures that aren't bullet proof
They're a bulk warehouse model business
"sales people" are really clerks not hired for animal husbandry or knowledge.
Some managers will buy off their live animal lists, some won't.
In my opinion, none of these stores should carry live animals.
Only supplies... if anything.
