What's on his face?

My veiled chameleon has something on his face. Can you guys help?

Might have gotten bitten by cricket or superworm. Keep an eye on it...if it gets bigger have it checked by a vet.

Whatever it is it seems to be scabbing. Thanks for the input. Hope he gets better. Also does it reform or will there be a Dent?

Any chance he burned it on his lights? Not the typical place to get burnt but could happen.

I doubt it my bulbs are off the mesh and he isn't really into climbing upside down. Thanks for your input
