Well....how do you feel about the name Charlene instead of Charlie??
She's not sexually mature so she's under a year IMHO.
Female veileds can produce eggs once sexually mature even without mating and if you overfeed them constantly will produce large clutches and may have reproductive issues, MBD and prolapse...so you need to make sure her husbandry is right....supplements, temperatures, hydration, UVB lighting, feeding and gutloaded the insects well.

No offense, but you did not even know what species she was? Just curious. She is probably 4-6 months, but it is hard to tell because it totally has to do with previous husbandry, etc. She might have a cask burn. Please post pictures, and fill out the ask for help form so that the experts here can make sure your care is on point. Happy Chameleon Keeping!
