She's not sexually mature so she's under a year IMHO.
Female veileds can produce eggs once sexually mature even without mating and if you overfeed them constantly will produce large clutches and may have reproductive issues, MBD and prolapse...so you need to make sure her husbandry is right....supplements, temperatures, hydration, UVB lighting, feeding and gutloaded the insects well.
