What to include in a first aid kit

I tried doing a search function, but nothing was coming up. I know people have posted about this before, but what should be included in a chameleon, and other reptiles, first aid kit? Please describe the items and what they are for. Thanks!

Well Ky jelly for sure if you have males for prolapse. I have Silvadene incase of a burns, Neosporin for cuts, scrapes. Plain saline for eyes. That is about all I have and some Baytril. I don't have any, but Reptaid would be good to keep around also.

First I have to say that a first aid kit is an excellent idea. However it needs some planning so it is available when needed. In the uk Neosporin/ polysporin is not available. My vet checked and there is an eye preparation with similar ingredients. Also the uk equivalent to silvadine is flamazine which is prescription only. I dare say that it can be obtained on the net but it will take time to arrive from wherever it's coming from. If you know anyone going to the states, put your order in now and remember they come with a sell by date.
