what to feed my chameleon

so fro 5 months I have had my chameleon and for the whole five months I have been feeding him 3 crickets a day he is 8-9 months old, should I give him something different or is hiss diet ok I do not know

He actually looks pretty muscular.

Yes, I expected him to be much more thin based on the amount of feeders he grew up on. We typically feed unrestricted amounts when they are babies until they hit about 10-12 months old.

Crickets are great but the more variety of bugs you can feed your cham, the better! You could try adding in things like dubia roaches, silkworms, black solider fly larvae, etc.

I would actually love to feed him dubia roaches but my mom has a roach phobia and will not allow me but is flukers a good place to buy black sordier fly larvae and superworms?
