What time of day should I feed my chameleon

He is a 4 month old blue veiled chameleon. Right now I put crickets in cage in morning when I go to work, then put some more in later at night

Hi! At 4 months old he should get as much as he can eat in 2 sittings. Morning and early afternoon are good times to do this as he will have plenty of time to digest his food properly.
