What should i feed my Panther chameleon?

sorry for not having proper form

That is a pic of my 5 month old vailed he is no longer in a glass aquarium, I have a 4 month old nosy foly male. Iam currently feeding him gut loaded calcium powder crickets, I've seen that people are feeding them other insects and was wondering what the benifits are of feeding them a varity of insects ? I understand that there is a change in nutritonal value. How do i regulate how much to give him i dont want to over feed him or cause some wierd illness.

okay. Here are some good links for you:

Here is a link to Sandrachameleon's blogs about feeders and gutloading nutrition: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/

I breed dubia and hissing cockroaches, a variety is good so I also catch wild insects (that are safe). People like to breed stick insects and mantids, locusts are also a good feeder, and silkworms and hornworms make a good lesser part of their diet.

What should I feed my panther chameleon? How often and how much? Should I change it up?

Hi
Here is a link to a list of commonly (and not so commonly) offered feeders:

Variety helps ensure a range of nutrients get to your chameleon (for example, some are naturally higher in calicum than others, and others still will readily eat things (gutload) that other bugs wont), and that your chameleon doesnt get "bored"

A four month old panther can be fed as much as she will eat in about 5 minutes, 2 or 3 times a day. That might be 10-20 bugs, depending on the bugs, activity level, temperature etc. As she reaches 6 months, you can begin to control her intake a little more if/as needed. At one year / adult size, you would be feeding her 1-5 bugs a day, around 5 days a week. For example:
