Might be a second degree burn blister, or it could be an abscess. Hard to say!

looks like a water blister cause from a burn or possibly? If not this only thing i could think of is he coukd have rubbed his skin really hard causing it to blister?

It definitely looks like a blister. Is he about to, or has he shed very recently? Is his basking lamp too close to the perch?

Do not pop or squeeze it.

If you see any more of them pop up I would definitely see a vet.

And yes he has shed but only from his feet anyways thank you for yall wisdom really appreciate it
