What is in my water?

Okay this is in my water tray. It looks like almost surupy-like.
It ranges from dark yellow to almost brown ish. I see it every time I empty the bucket under my cage. ( This isn't in the water I put in the cage, But I always see it after the water has gone through my cage) This isn't from any certain plant because I have had 2 different umbrella plants and this always happens.
Any help?

what i think.if seen some like
that before it can.be.that your blade's of your
pump are rusty thats because if the water stops
pumping some wil get back in the.bucket..
atleast thats what i "think"

Is there a drip tube from the tray to the bucket? Almost looks like something growing in the drip tube that has gotten flushed out. We had something similar growing in the drip tube coming from the AC in a building I worked at.

Yes we have a pvc drain, similar to one in the shower installed, you think there could be something growing in it? Should I be concerned for my chameleons health? I mean I need to clean it but do you think its urgent?

I'm brand new to Chams, first day on the forum so you're asking the wrong guy if it's potentially harmful or not. If it is something growing in the drain, it can't be a good thing right?

True its bad, buts its not directly affecting him. Now i want to get it out and power clean it anyway with bleach, but I'm not in a position to do that now, thats why i asked the question.
