So I have so far:

carrots, some greens, a little bit of kale, a bit a flax seed, some almonds and some sugar snap peas

Can I put in?: Lemons, ground sage, dill, leaf thyme, bay leafs, ground mustard, rosemary leaves and some nectarines? I ask because I just have these laying around....

**Btw this all is in addition to bug burger***

:DThanks!

I love the name! Please post a picture of the good Doctor! Is his cage bigger on the inside?

As far as gutload, I don't know that much about it. I just made some gutload based on a video I found on youtube. Seems to be working so far. I have never heard of anyone putting in most of the stuff you have laying around. I would err on the side of caution and not add those items.

Okay so this is what I ended up using:

carrots
greens
some kale
a little bit of fresh apricot
a little bit of flax seed
some almonds
roach chow from gregs exotic inverts
some lemon
sugar snap peas
strawberries
one blueberry

ready to be frozen :)

Quoted from his website:
http://www.gregsexoticinverts.com/supplies.htm

"Ingredients include various Grains and Oats, Fish Meal, 100% Natural Bee pollen and more. No dog or cat food used in processing our chow. All the nutrients to produce healthy nutritious feeders for your reptiles, inverts, amphibians, etc."

All this gut load is used with bug burger too.

Various grains likey means, in part, "corn" - an essentially useless filler
corn, Oats and Fish meal are NOT things I'd want to use, at least not in quantity.

Wow, that name is long! You got a lot of Brit references in one name.

I am a huge Whovian, so that was cool to see there, my girlfriend's nephew is named Oliver, so that is pretty cool too. I saw a site selling chams one day and the breeding pair were named Captain Jack Harkness and Donna Noble, and I about lost my mind with how awesome that was.
