What does this mean

I have a suspicion as though this is due to dehydration but I wanted to see if anyone has come across this before. Morris has two lines running down his back. They are perfectly straight and on either side of his spine. Also his lower gut seems to be sucked in way to hard at times but he also flares the part of his ribs by his tail when he does this. I've been trying to get better pictures but he puffs up when I open the cage... I'll try to get more pics soon. Any thoughts?

Before this, were you ever able to handle him? Or would he still puff up at you? Because it's possible that you could be stressing him out so he always feels uptight and unable to relax. Therefore not drinking enough water, etc.

That ridge pops out sometimes along the lateral line, but unless you see bumps, or knots I wouldn't worry to much. I can't tell from the pic if he is dehydrated or not. If his urates are white I wouldn't be concerned with this either. Does his eyes look to be sunken in any?

Try more fat in the diet as well. Use coconut shavings as a gutload for your feeders..... it's good to give veileds a pinky mouse once a month or so. Try some grubby-type worm foods like waxworms (highest in fat content), mealworms, superworms.
