What do you think?

Hi All,

This is one of my C. jacksonii xantholophus juveniles (born 6/29/2011). At first I thought it was a female, now I am not so sure....

It definitely does not have horns like its male siblings, but differently from all other females in the clutch it still has two clearly visible frontal horns and a more developed rostral horn.

You can check some of its siblings out in another thread: https://www.chameleonforums.com/good-morning-cb-jacksons-brothers-71902/index2.html

What do you think? Masculine female or feminine male?

Thanks!

Take a picture of the base of the tail, and we can be 100% of it's sex. Females do sometimes have horns, but do not get much bigger than the ones on this specimen.

Good point - I actually took a picture of the base of the tail and forgot to attach it. Will do so ASAP!

My larger male you can tell by looking at tail base but the but my smaller male is not showing anything. Heres a picture to compare the tail base with "smaller male". I honestly couldn't guess accurately by these pictures. My guess is a female but only time will tell.
