what do i do with food

i got an 8 -10 week old yemen hes qwite big i got him yester and got the food today but wat should i do with the crikets? wats the best way to feed him thanks
 
Gutload your feeders and dust your feeders with plain calcium just about everyday. You will dust with calcium with D3 twice a month and with a multi vitamin once or twice a month. You can either free range your feeders in the cage, cup feed and sometimes hand feed. You will want to provide your cham with a variety of feeders.
