Vet Opinion Appreciated - Cut on Lower Lip

Ok.. So it seems Ernie very clearly does not like the taste of Betadine.. He is saying so by declaring that he is on a hunger strike!
I said to him "Ernest, you heard what Dr. Gemma said. She said Betadine twice a day for at least three weeks." And he just looks at me like "I don't care." and sulks and looks at me with his big eyes like its ALL my fault.
Good thing is, he is drinking heaps.
How long should I wait for him to eat again?

As you may know my little Isis is recovering from a medical crisis as well and my vet had mentioned a week without food is okay but if she isn't eating after a week, I can begin to worry at that point! I'm not sure if this statement applies to any sick chameleon or just mine - I worry if mine doesn't eat in 3 days! But that may be a 'rule of thumb' you can go by with Ernie!

Oh yes, I have been following Isis' progress.. I'm glad to hear thing are looking better by the way

He usually would not skip a day eating.. he LOVES his crickets if he doesn't eat today it will be 4 days. but I will see how he goes and see if he gets hungry. Do I force feed if he still isn't eating after a week?
