Veiled vs panther cage size

Just wondering since veileds grow sorta larger than panthers, will they need a 2x2x4 too or can they do as well in a cage slightly smaller than that?

A female veiled could live in a smaller enclosure. (No shorter than 36" is recommended.) The usual advice is a 48" for an adult male. It is only a guide, but I wouldn't want anything much shorter than that. If you do wind up using one that is a bit shorter, make sure to have the cage a bit higher up from the floor to at least give the feeling of being taller.
